At LINYUM, we strive to make every custom piece as valuable and beautiful as the moment it's cherished.

If your product is damaged, incorrectly designed, or not as expected, please let us know immediately; we will do our best to recreate the product to your complete satisfaction.

Return Policy
If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, new, unused items can be returned to LINYUM within 10 days from the delivery date. Non-customized pieces are eligible for a full refund within 15 days after delivery.

Customized jewelry is crafted specifically for you; therefore, it can only be returned for exchange or store credit.

Exchanges:
To send out your new product, you'll need to return the original. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact customer service first.

If a customer is eligible for a Price Difference Refund, it will be issued in the form of store credit. Cash refunds will not be provided. Store credit will be equivalent to the price difference between the original purchase price and the price at the time of the request.

Damaged Item:
Visit our 'Contact Us' page, select 'Get information about an order received,' and proceed to the relevant category (My item is damaged/There is an error in my order/Something is missing, etc.).
Attach a clear photo of the damaged item and explain the situation.
You can return your product for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Cancellation Policy
We start the production process for your personalized products immediately after your order is placed.
Since each product is custom-made for our customers and production begins promptly, please inform us within 2 hours of placing your order if you wish to cancel. Please note that after 2 hours, we can only offer an exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team here.
Cancellation can only be done before the product is shipped.
Your cancellation request will be processed on the same day it is received.

LINYUM reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
